What is this fundraiser for?
It's an annual fundraiser in honour of my grandma who passed away May 10, 2020. I wanted to give back to the community of essential workers that helped her through her last few months.
How long will it take to get my order shipped?
This is a fundraising campaign, so we will be shipping out orders once we've reached enough of our goal to cover manufacturing costs. With that said, all products will require up to 1 to 2 months to produce.
We will notify you when we're ready to ship.
How much does shipping cost and do you ship everywhere?
Prices include shipping which will be the most economical - letter mail. It will not have tracking. Only Bundle #2 reward will require parcel shipping. Currently our fundraiser will only be shipping orders to Canada and United States.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Due to this being a fundraising campaign, we will not be offering returns. All sales are final. However, if you find any issues with the items delivered, please take 2-3 photos and email me at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to help you out.
